Terms and Conditions

• Referral: The act of submitting a prospective customer’s details to The Circle
• Referrer: A person who submits a sales prospect to The Circle.
• Friend: The new prospect whose details are submitted by the referrer.
• The program: The Circle Referral Program 2018
• A referral will be deemed successful when a Referred Contract signs a new membership agreement with The Circle within (12) months of being referred.
• The reward of a successful referral will be sent within 7 business days to the referrer when the referee has signed a new membership agreement and has paid a security deposit.
• This referral program may be terminated or changed at The Circle’s discretion at any time and without notice for any reason.
• To be eligible for The Circle Referral Program the referring customer must refer to The Circle Members who is not an existing customer of The Circle, or currently in negotiations with The Circle about becoming a member.
• An individual can only be nominated for the Referral Program once within a 6 month period.
• The Circle Reserves the right to nominate a new commission amount without notice and as it sees fit.
• Offer not valid and rewards are not payable for self-referrals
• By participating in the program, you agree and consent to The Circle using and disclosing you and the referee’s personal information for the purpose of the program and any other matter connected to the program; and using the details for internet use or marketing purposes at The Circle’s sole discretion.
